Findings

  • String 22-B fully offline: whole string reads 9 K warmer than its neighbours

  • Seven modules with diode faults in sub-array 4

  • Two connectors at 71.4 °C on the main DC run

Debrief

The report was required to IEC TS 62446-3 classes, so every contact carries its anomaly class, delta-T and irradiance at capture.

The offline string had been missed by monitoring because its inverter averaged it against a healthy partner.

Twenty-three findings, each with a photo a contractor can find on site. That is what the owner pays for.
